We at NOVA Digital Films are constantly innovating, looking for new opportunities to deliver strong value for our customers.  Here are a few of the special projects we are hoping to test market, at no cost to the participants*.  If you are interested in participating, please let us know.

Real Estate

The local real estate videos we have seen are badly produced, boring, and don't particularly make the properties they are promoting look all that appealing.  They pretty much make them look cheap.  We'd like to see what would happen if a video promoting a property looked like a short motion picture.  If you have a nice property in the Gainesville, Haymarket or Manassas areas that would be a good test for this concept, let us know and we'll produce this at no cost.  We'd like to see what happens!

UPDATE: Test project completed!  See it here.  Five days after this was released, the seller obtained a full-price offer for their house during a time when houses at this price level averaged 163 days on the market.  We call that SUCCESS!

Dating

If we can make an elected official look good to thousands of voters, we can make you look good, too.  We think a short documentary about someone looking for their "one and only" might help them actually find that person.  We're looking for a single person in Northern Virginia to be the subject for our concept test, who could use the video on social media sites and let us know how well it worked for them.  If you're an aspiring actor this would make a great demo reel as well.

Video Resume

Some professions are all about communication and there's been quite a few people creating a video "resume" with their consumer-grade cameras.  We think an amateur video of you makes you look like an amateur to prospective employers, and would like to see what happens when motion picture quality production values are brought into the mix.  If you're looking for work in an industry where professional communications skills are important, let us know and we'll see if we can help you land your dream job.  

Other Projects

If you have an idea, let us know and we might be able to test your concept for you -- perhaps even with an agreement to compensate you for your innovation from future projects.  Drop us a line, as we're always eager to look to new ways to deliver value for our customers!

*offers do not include direct costs to NOVA Digital Films for your production, such as any rental equipment, paid actors, or other external production expenses.  We don't anticipate there will be any of these, but we want to make clear we can't "eat" extra, outside production costs on these test projects.
